THE MOST STRINGENT DAILY DILEMMAS
Waste has become one of the most stringent daily dilemmas, being a constant presence in all of our actions, both as individuals and as legal entities. The manner in which we choose to manage this issue engages a wide variety of solutions, prevention opportunities and results with permanent impact, both positive and negative.
With the admission in the European Union, Romania has the obligation to create and implement an environmental legislation through which to ensure the protection of the environment and of its population. Taking into account the most efficient technologies and methods available, Romania needs to ensure an adequate waste management system.
Thus, both legal and individuals have the obligation to adequately manage all types of waste, while complying with the legislation without harming the environment and without endangering human health.
According to Law 211/2011 all companies have the obligation to appoint a representative trained in the field of waste management, including dangerous waste.
