THE WASTE WATER DISCHARGE AGREEMENT
The waste water discharge agreement represents a supporting document issued by the local company responsible for water supply and the local sewerage public service, in compliance with the legislation in force, regarding the conditions and quality of the evacuated water, based on which the discharge of waste water in sewerage networks or in sewage treatment plants is allowed. Obtaining this document represents a legal obligation for each business.
Contracts for the analysis of wastewater can be concluded with companies accepted by the Romanian Accreditation Association.
The issuance of waste water discharge agreement is performed based on the G.D. no. 352/2005 and on the connection / disconnection contract and use of the public water supply and sewerage services, concluded with the local water supply and sewerage company.

THE PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING THE WASTE WATER DISCHARGE AGREEMENT INVOLVES CARRYING OUT THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

- Drafting the technical documentation necessary for obtaining the waste water discharge agreement in compliance with the legislation in force and the issuer’s requirements;
- Drafting the prevention and intervention plan in case of accidental pollution, in compliance with the legislation in force;
- Identifying the measures necessary for observing the qualitative and quantitative conditions when discharging waste water in the public sewerage network;
- Becoming the interface between the client and the issuer of the waste water discharge agreement and control representatives.
