E-GES is a web-based application developed based on 14 years of industry experience, initially created for internal use and tested for 3 years under real working conditions. It helps companies generate monthly and annual reports and comply with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 92/2021 and Government Decision no. 856/2002. We provide companies in Romania with a solution that transforms a bureaucratic process into a predictable, digital, and secure workflow, accessible even to individuals without prior experience in environmental management.
It automates internal processes and can reduce by up to 85% the costs allocated to a waste management specialist, regardless of the company’s size.
The application ensures legal compliance and is built in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 92/2021 and Government Decision no. 856/2002, as well as other related regulatory acts, and is exclusively tailored to the Romanian legal framework.
Fragmented and complex legislation can often represent a real challenge for companies, creating difficulties during inspections carried out by the Environmental Guard or the Local Police.

Users log in directly through their browser, without any installation, using a username and password by accessing the link www.e-ges.ro. All legislative and software updates are implemented in real time and do not generate any additional costs.
Within their account, users will also find a dedicated documentation section for using the application, providing clear guidance on the steps required for each operation.
According to environmental protection legislation (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 92/2021), all companies that operate a business location where activities are carried out are considered waste generators and are required to prepare a monthly waste management record and submit an annual report to the County Environmental Authorities.
